great by what i dont understand WHY i got the chirstmas version and not the normal one because it dont say anything about it being a christmas version on the page OR the box

Only con was the time it takes to get the order. Haven't got it yet and not sure when it's suppose to get here. How long have the rest of you waited before it came to your house? and how did it come by mail? My friend deleted my emails for this website.

Excellent product and service! Received my R4i in the mail today, and it was easy to set up and use! Shipping took 12 days because of international/customs, but customer service calmed my impatience (this was my first time ordering overseas). Great customer service, product, and company - would do business again with any day! Thanks!

Easy to follow instructions to set up. Slightly annoying that some game titles have to be renamed as the filename length too long, but once this is done it works great.

fantastic product of a very high standard. Price was very good with the micro sd cards compared to imitation models that often don't work. The downloads were very helpful and easy to follow unlike other places on the web. Was able to download, install software and then install movies and games very easily.
