I have recently ordered 2 R4 SDHC cards and both arrived very quickly, the instructions of how to download the software is very easy to follow and is emailed to you along with links to the relevant sites , and its reassuring to know the the help centre is there should you get stuck or don't understand something. Very pleased.

Ordered the R4 card, and as usual excellent delivery time from R4 Adapters. The card arrived and downloaded the software from the R4 site. The instructions that came in PDF file (or video) were easy to follow and loaded up the card in under 5 mins. I tried the card, but for some reason it took ages to create a .SAV file, and load up the relevant file. I contacted R4 via their online "Chat Window" ( which is great and really helpful) and they told me to return the items as the micro card may be faulty. I returned via Freepost and got an email confirming they had received it and were processing it. A few days later the new card turned up and this one worked much better and faster. The new micro SD card they sent me was a Transcend 2Gb (which was different than the original one ?). Overall a superb service .
